Sproxt Shop is operated by SPROXT FIELD LTD. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment Policy, Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, govern your use of the website and every purchase.

The primary language of this website and of these Terms is English.

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract. Availability is subject to location and eligibility. We may decline or cancel an order where law, our payment provider or our risk controls do not allow it. You must not use a VPN or false details to hide your location.

Sproxt Shop sells the in-game items listed in the market. Each listing shows the item's characteristics (for example type, finish, exterior condition, float value, pattern and collection), multiple photographs, availability and the price per single item in USD. A purchased item is delivered as described in the Delivery Policy. Cosmetic items change the appearance of game content only; they are not legal tender, a deposit or an investment.

1. Add items to your cart and go to checkout.
2. Review the itemised summary, including the final amount, currency and any delivery charge.
3. Confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy by ticking the consent box. You cannot pay without doing so.
4. Complete payment on the secure Stripe-hosted card page.

A contract is formed when we email your payment receipt. We may cancel an order before delivery if the item is no longer available, the price was obviously wrong, or a payment or fraud check fails; in that case any payment taken is refunded in full.

All prices are shown in USD per one item. Prices are shown in USD and are the final amount you pay. No taxes, fees or surcharges are added at checkout. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion fee. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before payment. Payment is by Visa or Mastercard through Stripe; see the Payment Policy. Your card issuer may charge currency conversion or other fees that are outside our control.

You may cancel a paid order at no cost at any time before delivery starts. Once a digital item has been delivered to your account email, the purchase is completed and the statutory right to cancel a distance contract no longer applies, except where the item does not match its description. Order history, transaction history and printable receipts are available at /account using the email address given at checkout, for at least 120 days after each transaction. A receipt is also emailed after every successful payment, and a notice after every declined attempt.

• Do not attempt to buy with a card you are not authorised to use.
• Do not resell items in breach of the relevant game platform's rules.
• Do not interfere with the website, scrape it or attempt to bypass security or payment controls.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for losses caused by the game platform, your card issuer, or events outside our reasonable control.

Contact support@sproxtshop.com first; we respond within 1 business day. These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from mandatory protections of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there.
