What we do

Sproxt Shop is an online store selling in-game items. Every listing shows clear photographs, the item's characteristics and the price per single item in USD, so you know exactly what you are buying before you pay.

Clear pricing

Prices are shown in USD and are the final amount you pay. No taxes, fees or surcharges are added at checkout. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion fee. Any delivery charge is shown in the cart and again on the checkout page. There are no card surcharges. The amount shown on the payment page is the amount charged.

Secure payments

We accept Visa and Mastercard through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, with 3-D Secure authentication. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach our servers. A receipt with the transaction details is emailed after every payment and stays available in your account for at least 120 days.

Delivery and refunds

Digital items are delivered to your account email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You can cancel free of charge until delivery starts, and items that are not as described are refunded in full. See the Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
