Payment Policy
Accepted payment methods, currencies, charges and how card payments are processed.

Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. / Stripe, Inc. on a PCI DSS Level 1 certified platform. Where your bank requires it, payments are authenticated with 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard Identity Check).
Currency and charges
All prices and charges are in USD. The final amount, including any delivery charge, is shown on the checkout page before you pay and on the Stripe payment page. Sproxt Shop does not add surcharges for card payments. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
Card data security
Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure payment page and never reach Sproxt Shop's servers. We receive only a payment reference, the card scheme and the last four digits, which appear on your receipt. Card data is never stored, sold or shared by Sproxt Shop.
Statement descriptor
The charge appears on your card statement with a descriptor referencing SPROXT FIELD LTD and Sproxt Shop. If you do not recognise a charge, email payments@sproxtshop.com before contacting your bank so we can resolve it quickly.
Refund timing
Refunds are always returned to the original card. Stripe releases them immediately; card issuers typically post them within 5–10 business days.
