How and when purchased items are delivered.

Delivery method
Digital items are delivered to your account email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery instructions and the item transfer are sent to the email address given at checkout, so please make sure it is correct.
Delivery time
Most items are delivered within a few hours of payment confirmation and always within 24 hours. If a delivery is delayed beyond 24 hours we will email you with an update and you may cancel for a full refund at any time until delivery starts.
Delivery costs
There is no delivery charge.
Destination restrictions
Availability is subject to location and eligibility. Because items are digital there are no export or customs formalities. Split deliveries do not apply.
Problems with delivery
If you have not received your item within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then contact support@sproxtshop.com quoting your order number.
